Andromedan Incinerator

This one is based on the satship concept from Taldren's GaW model pack, and it does tend to stray a bit from the rest of my fleet but most CL hulls are fairly distinctive anyway. This pretty much covers the bulk of the fleet, but I'm not quite finished yet....

Damn WZ45 that is a nice take on the Taldren design.

Yeap. That's getting close to doing them all. IIRC about all that's left is the Conj. NCA and the bases. I'm looking forward to seeing more. This is an awesome fleet of ships, man. I've wanted something like this for so long now, ...and yeah KF, "What could have been"

Dumb question, I d/l'd the andro models and stuck them in the pirate folders for now.  All files copied then renamed the .mod files to pca.mod, etc.  However, no graphic appears in game unless I use shipedit to specifically direct the ship to the .mod.  Any thoughts?  Usually I can use the above method to mass-replace models without the hassle of having to direct each individual ship to a .mod file.

That would be the HDW The Andros fielded right around when their SB was destroyed in operation unity. One conjectural design, for example, was the Boa Constrictor. It had option mounts on it, so there coulda been a lot of various spec'd ships. They also had an NCA class with 3x warps, but same story as the HDW. I guess they could look advanced or more so than their older cousins. Guess you have ur andro X designs right there.

The Andros never fielded X designs cept in alternate realities SFB wise cuz their SB was destroyed. However, most Andro designs could hold their own with 1st gen xships to some degree.

I'm not sure what's causeing this. The only thing that comes to mind is that the .mod files are set to "read only". Maybe they aren't renaming. Try to remove the read only setting from them and see if that works.
