BS. although bostonians talk almost the same as the joysee caricature.

Go spend some time in Jersey City.  That's where that particular accent comes from.

Granted, you'll only hear it from older people now.  The younger ones are all speaking spanish.

If you live in NJ you already probably already know about weird NJ magazine but Ill post it anyway http://www.weirdnj.com/home/index.html . Some of the stuff they print is complete and utter bull but they do occasional have some cool/strange stuff that really exists.
