Ah once again the fragile and feeble Klingon mind completly misunderstands the intended purpose of the pink coloring (Which btw when viewed by the superior Romulan eye is quite pleasing).
A study of ancient earth history during the brutal and sadistic global war II shows a interesting tactic used by the primitive naval vessels of the time called Dazzle Camoflauge. Apparently ships were often colored in confusing and bright zebra strips in the hopes of breaking up the visual outline of the vessel and making it more difficult to target.
Romulan engineers have determined that coloring specific vessels in a pink color will distract Starfleet tactical officers and decrease their accuracy by an estimated 24%, 38% in the case of Klingons since the color pink tends to enrage them, and thus bypassing the more logical and tactical thought processes.
Phase II of our plan includes dressing in full length sequin gowns and sending video transmissions to the enemy to further confuse and baffle them.
::End transmission::
::Goes back to trying on full length gown::
You know us Romulans, any excuse to wear womens clothing.
