It was actually a fairly easy thing to make, but I had to sacrafice one of the weapons and make sure that no other ships or stations was using it. Anyone want to know how I did it? Here's the step by step.
1. Find the weaponitems in your common settings folder. Open it in notepad.
2. Find the Phaser XIIIF. Increase the damage value to 350. Increase she energy value to 36, and double the mass value. Do not alter the refit availability.
3. Download a decent SFC3 compatable Galaxy-X or other AGT-type X-ship. P81's, found here
http://www.unimatrix-one.co.uk/knoxkitbashs/ is pretty nice. Install it.
4. Open DefaultLoadout in Excel or another spreadsheet program that will allow for tab delineation. In the Galaxy X spec line, change the Phaser XIIIS to XIIIF.
5. Go to the Fed Starbases and other instillations that may carry XIIIFs and Change them to XIIIS.
The Galaxy X now has its super-powerful phase disruptor cannon and can lay waste at a whim.
