Topic: How many Loknars are out there?

And how many are available to download?  Let alone those that were made for SFC2/OP...  One of my favorites, I believe once released by Makotokat, was the U.S.S. Phobos, a beautiful Loknar design that seemed to me to look more like a Federation Starship than the original Loknar (even when refitted).  Although I'm specifically looking for that, I would still like to know how many--TOS, TMP, or otherwise--are there for download.

Well, I don't know if any Phobos are currrently available but there are four Loknars up for download right now.  There is the ol P81 version at my site.  Then there is Wolfsglen's version, then Atheorhaven's version which is available at his site.  If I remember correctly there is another version at a web site called the Station, I forget who runs it though.

I possess 5 TMP Loknars; two of which are USS Phobos and one of them is by P81. They are included in the FASA to SFC collection I sent to Chris Jones for hosting.

My version is based in part on Wolfsglen's version..  and I guess at the moment, I'm sort of running Kane's Anuenue's "The Station" while Kane is dealing with RL and it's currently hosted on my buddy's server.

I regret to point-out that Riley's otherwise excellent TMP Loknar (as d/l from SF Universe) is missing textures from the saucer around the shuttlebay and at the secondary hull where the warp pylons are joined.  Otherwise maring one of the best models in the game...

I did a second "cleaned up" version of "my" TOS Loknar a lil while back and added LODs etc, but never got around to releasing it. Credits list makes it look a real Frankenstein hehe. Its based on a P81 original, with replacement parts and textures (saucer/bridge and warps) made by Lord Schtupp, and further texture and mesh tweaks by Atheorhaven - All bashed up by me







I also have a lovely TMP Loknar i got from Roguenine's site (i beleive, same place i got the TOS Loknar at the same time) that i fixed the engine glows on (they were on the left side of both engines - both right sides were black) and they go well together. If i ever manage to get back in the loop again i will look up permissions and see about a release if possible.

I did the TMP Loknar at Rogue Nine's site, the one with the better quality engines and pataflafla's saucer and nacelle textures.

Lovely, noted with thanks  I have all the originals still with credits so will be able to ask you and everyone else responsible long before i consider releasing anything, i just get so little time these days to sit down and do it all so i dont bother in case i miss anything

i got a tmp locknar but in the credit there no name but it says that he also did the galaxie class, the soveriegn, the voyager, the akira the nova and starwars, so can you send it to me, i will add it to my fleet.

Very Nice Wolfsglen I'm looking forward to downloading this one when you release her. It will make a great addition to the
Loknar Family.
