Well, as I say, I only THINK it was an Andor in a previous life.  I think what I have is a kitbash of an Andor....  the nacelles are re-arranged and the engineering hull is on the top.  The break model still looks like an Andor though...  the textures still fit, so if you have the original Andor my textures might work on it.  Do you know where I could find it to D/L?  



Both me and DTW have it. Could just msn it to ya...it's not very big...all low res too.

Is this what the Andor looks like?

 

This is the break model for a ship originally called the Tigress, I don't know by whom, which I think must be a bash of the Andor.  Obviously the textures, (being backwards in the picture), work better on the bashed model.  If you post your email address, I'll get back to you, and you can send me the model.  I think it's a neat design and I would love to take a crack at it!

   Thats a Kodiac class Battle ship the Andor class looks like this:

So are you guys  talking about creating a higher poly Andor class or retexturing the existing low poly one thats out there?

I wish I had the software and time/energy to learn how to make ships, but I have neither at the moment, so the best I can do is a little re-texturing here and there.

DuctTapeWonder has kindly agreed to host it, and it should be up sometime soon...  I understand he's got some computer woes that need sorting out first.  Also, I've asked him if he wouldn't mind creating a new name/registration for it, as I stole the saucer textures and hence the name/reg from his own Maguellanes.  Maybe if we all ask really really nicely......

 Thanks KF  hey do you think its possible to use the m6 editor with the low poly Andor and replace the saucer and
engines and bottom secondary hull to make a higher poly version than what we currently have?   at the idea this
might have possibilities

Hey Klingon Fanatic, I tried sending those textures, but hotmail bounced 'em right back at me.  I'm trying again, zipped as JPEG's, about half the size but still about 2 MEG.  Any other email addy I could try?
