I would say that this is P81's low poly D2 FASA Romulan Winged Defender as retextured by John Stone. This version is on John Stone's SFC site. The Link escapes me but I have included this version as well in the FASA to SFC Collection I sent to Chris Jones. As far as I know there are only 3 Winged Defenders available for d/l : a high and low poly by P81 and John Stone's retexture of the low poly one pictured above.

Ive seen a lot of winged defenders... There is one that is more colorful... But I like this one best. The mesh on this one also seemed to tbe the most.... streamlined.
