Death is irrelevant, existence is futile...

This is a new version of the Borg DN that I released almost exactly 2 years ago. I redid the hardpoints, added more mesh detail, and slapped on a new set of textures. All SFC versions are included so resistance is futile everywhere:

Amazing... Similar-looking (texture-wise) to the BoBW Borg of Atra's... Good work!  Black and Green's goin' outta style for the Borg, at least for now.

WZ, you might want to try a BSG (classic version) Basestar!  You did a great job conveying the menacing feeling of the Borg in your models... if that could be imported to a Cylon basestar... !

For some reason, a reflex of mine kicked in just now and pressed the "W" or "Warp" key.

Wow!  That is impressive!  I like the shape, too and not just another cube.

Fine work WZ. Did you know that your mauler was paid homage to in my BI2 project for Armada 2?? A flash of inspiration along with some tactical armour and bingo!! Tactical Mauler.

Heh, didn't know about there being an A2 version (either that or I forgot). Besides, cubes are overdone anyway - you can't capture and assimilate countless millions and not make some advancement in starship design...

I'm usually one for the more, unique designs that have been released over the years. I mean there can be fifty galaxy classes (and don't get me wrong. There have been some incredible models) but when a totally unique design makes its appearance I tend to try my hardest to get it and make a low poly version. To me a unique design is always an eye catcher.
