Hi all, I just switched to Comcast cable and I'm trying to figure out how to get the avatar pictures to display from my Comcast storage area.  The pictures are saved to ftp://upload.comcast.net/  using my user name.  I tried to display the pictures using http://home.comcast.net/username/picture.gif  .  I also use http://upload.comcast.net/username/picture.gif without any success.  Anyone knows the correct path name to use before my avatar turns into the little red "X".  Thank you in advance.

I can't reply with a certainty as I don't use comcast but I know some places don't allow remote requests, or whatever it is called. This is where you are loading a webpage, like a thread here, and the webpage sends out a request for something, in this case a picture file.

At least, I think that is the proceedure.

I found the answer, it was http://mywebpages.comcast.net/username/pic.jpg .  It is not documented on the Comcast web site but I managed to pull the information off another web site.  Thanks jualdeaux for the reply.
