You ever have one of those days opportunity knocked?

And you missed the train because you were not paying attention? Leda has two grand in the account from sale of ELAB just waiting, and I missed this.

http://www.nasdaq.com

Now, look at REDF at the bottom of unusual gainers. Stock opens at 8.72 which is CHEAP but normal for the company, then mid-day Yahoo announces a partnership with REDF (They are an internet portal company in India but traded on our NASDAQ) and BAM, it goes up to a high of 13.87 and when the dust settles is 11.60, and I already see after hours purchases being made. 5 million shares traded and a gain of over 33 percent in one day, not one single tech stock even came close to that kind of gain, matter of fact, most stock techs took a dip today.    I think I need to pay more attention to Nasdaq.com in the future.

The company is new, India is a new market but expected to really outconsume us internet and P/C wise in this decade, but if it does like Yahoo stock then this baby is going to explode.

The good thing is, this is not outsourcing, but true free trade in action, as Yahoo was just some creative guys with a bunch of servers at the right place and right time, as I'm sure REDF is as well.

It's ok Stephen, it's not my money, but I do owe her 800 dollars (some of you thought that VA check is all that eh? It's not, I'm barely par with poverty level, but no complaints here as long as I keep my medical). I could have made it up today and sold 3 days later and been debt free (after all, I would have been the one choosing the right investment for her) except for my student loans from 96 and the rent plus helping her medical. BTW, for all you married folks, NEVER let your wife, and I mean NEVER, let her sign up at her job for anything less than 100 percent health coverage when that option is available. She chose 70 percent just to save some money, and less than a year later she needs an operation and we are THOUSANDS of dollars in debt suddenly, no Leda, who needs that money anyways? Thank you sooo much for choosing 70 percent coverage   I should have sent her arse to Mexico. My full physical including CXR (chest X-ray) as well as wide array blood tests and follow up consultations and prescriptions here in Chihuahua? $140 out of my own pocket!   VA and private hospitals (which I'm authorized to use at govt. expense) could NEVER even come close to being that affordable!
