Well I just saw the vid (EE was kind enough to PM me) and must say it was pretty tame. Basically a silhouette from a night-vision camera bouncing up and down.

Mildly amusing (I bet the guys in the OH-58 got a hoot out of it) but pretty tame pr0n (you don't see anything).

As I recall, there were quite a number of prior warnings for similar things.

I agree it was tame, and generally not worth banning EE for a week. A distinct overreaction IMHO
