The GQ Fleet located at http://www.gqfleet.net is announcing it's Starfleet Command III Mod "The Near Distant Future" We are hoping to have beta testing on the Mod within the next 30 days. We hope to have the Mod up and running in 45 days. Just a small report on progress, We currently have completed the Federation/Klingon race ships and are now working on the Romulan ships. We have finished the Common Settings and should have the Romulan and Borg/Species ships complete by the weeks end. Progress is going faster than earlier anticipated. We are hoping to have a working Mod within 2-3 weeks ready for testing. It is our hope that we will not have any glitches during the first campaign, We plan intensive tests before we release the Mod to the SFCIII gamming public to enjoy.

Thanks for the report.
I like the borg/species and Fed/Kling being in the same slots. There are a lot of new borg ships out there and the Species are soo cool.

As of right now we have only the Dominion ships to redo. It looks like we will have the game ready for testing in 10-15 days. We are still waiting on some permissions but dont foresee any problems as of yet.
