TOS Vicksburg wip

I am revisted this design. I have an alternate version to the original. Probalby well call one the Victory and the othr the Vicksburg. Think of these as preliminary designs. Since I cant draw I design in 3d. Some areas dont even have a texture or anything yet.  Comments welcome.  I rgot to finish my Rommies 1st though. Taking me forever
