Star Blazers models beginning to get released!

I still have to put finishing touches on the Yamato, but the other two I did are ready......I know they don't mean terribly much without the Yamato, but "one step at a time" I guess:

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

FYI ... I'm about 20% done on the shiplist conversion for SFC. I had a few set backs and my time has been tight but I'm still working on it.

Now if Emerald would just finish his models (though I think one was completed) then we might have some real fun.

Is that Emerald you're refering to happen to be the one who was making those awesome Robotech ships?

At one point he's was doing some of the Veritech fighters after he completed a trio of Earth Defense Forces ships (Triggerfish, Garfish, etc.)

I was really excited when he talked about making that HUUUUUGE ship from one of the Robotech movies, the one that looked sorta like a tree trunk with a large red eye in the lower center (can't remember the name of it right now).

Nope.  "Humanized" SDF-1 looks like a super-large carrier (flattop deck) of sorts  Also has blue/white paintjob.  "Original" SDF-1 looks like Breetai's command boat (Green, lumpy, tubular, with 4 prongs on each nose).

What I think he's talking about is Dolza's command base.  The big green blob that's real thick about 2/3rds the way down and has a big red eye in the center.  I've seen WIPs on it, I think AncientAngel had one lined up as part of his big robotech mod.  Unfortunately, after finding out exactly how much time it'll take him to mod up the fleet he wanted to make, and sadly without the modelling help he needed to put it out in a sane (say 3-6 month) timeframe (he needed 2+ years), he has dropped the mod.

Geez, I guess I have to actually finish mine now.

I haven't done any Robotech stuff, btw.  Just been working on the Starblazer stuff.
