Whatever happened to...
« on: March 23, 2004, 07:01:00 pm »
...that big, online starship guide to SFC2 that was being put together a year or two ago, one that profiled every single ship for each side?

Edit: I was looking for info on the names of all the types of Federaiton fighters in the game, plus their armaments.

Look in your EAW folder and open Manual Additions. It has all the fighter loadouts.

Thanks.  So what did happen to that guide?  I think it was done by SFC2.net, but I'm not sure.

It was written by Dennis Greene of the inner circle and was puplished by BradyGames but with all the changes this game as gone through I don't think it applies all that much.I have the book beside my monitor and just check it I have my chart there to but I hardly ever refer to it anymore

These Books need to be updated because they are way out of date with all the mods out there and it is hard to write a book with all the mods.If you would lie to get a hold of Dennis Greene though you Hail him at www.hailingfrequencies.tripod.com that is his web address so try it out and let us know how you make out.

It wasn't that.  It was a website that had the loadouts, descriptions, images and size comparisons of every ship in SFC2.  I'm almost certain that it was SFC2.net before whatever happened to them happened.

Are you talking the flash one that shown the ships with the graphics from the shipyards view?

I believe that site has gone down a couple of years ago...
