Well if any modeller plans on making it I suggest they secure permission from Andrew. Unlike alot of his designs this is like a personal baby of his. Its never been made available unless you buy the model on a cd which he's made available (along with about 1400 image files). Its a fascinating design and a personal favourite of mine.

That is a sweet design. Looks like future Trek. I don't think a kitbash out of a Steamrunner would cut it though. Think this model would need to be from scratch and higher poly to keep the appearance smooth like its pictured. It almost appears molded or shaped out of 1 piece. Refreshing to see a Fed ship not in the cookie cutter mold of a saucer, hull and nacels.

Also the Sip was not made by Feds...at least from what the site states
The Feds reconstructed her after they found her
