Since some players on B and C are not the finest, they at least can't ruin other people's game when the Acti servers go down again. Hurray! (And all of you that can be counted among the fine players, maybe you should find another server, since most have restarted and you can join in without lagging lightyears behind when it comes to prestige)

   Bumping to keep the thread going... And will Server admins change the disrepute rule too? Its kind of unfair to be kicked out of a mission and get penalized for it.. That plain sucks....  Please post which servers will be upgrading  to the beta Thanks!

SFCx will be running Assim Lite (new settings, tad more difficult, no VCs though) so people will have a place to play while we in turn get solid test data. The jury is out on Assimilation: Praxis Redux because of various reasons not the least is this IS a beta patch (though a very well tested one) but I have high hopes.

Any future server hosted by SFCx will, however, be on v500 (1.01) + kits because of the SQL support it includes.

I will be there. I will be flying on the side with the most people....I am kidding. Seriously, I am going to flip a coin between Klingon and Romulan. I like them both with this patch, and Klingon disruptors hit very well as well as Romulan plasma.

This patch is better than I thought!  It has automatic Activision Server n00b filtering!  Excellent!

ROFL.  But then I have a cable modem.  I'd be quite irate if I were a dialup player whose $50 was just as good as a cable player's $50.

GFL 4 Corners have temporarily removed Disrepute and lowered the speed a little.

TNZ is using 1.01B and I have eliminated the disrepute penalty for lost connections.

'HoS joq batlh' has just had it's private status removed, speed lowered to 8 and disrepute penalty removed - oh, and updated to beta server. Now if only I could get it running on SQL....
