Reference request for the "Event Horizon"
« on: March 27, 2004, 08:49:01 am »
Im not sure if it was here, or somewhere else, but i've seen a ship schematic for the Event Horizon (the one from the hellraiser wannabe horror flick with laurence fishbourne). I also belive someone meshed it, but again im not sure. Its been long time and i dont really remember. i did a search and came up with zero.

Ya ya I know, it was a god awfull movie, but the ship itself looked pretty damn good (would make a great Klingon ship). If anyone knows where i can find a schematic or 5 view pic reference please post. TIA

I loved that movie. I really liked how they explained the ships travel by curving space. Like rolling up a sheet of paper, thus bringing two locations next to each other.  I can't remember what the shipped looked like though. Wasn't it pretty much just a big rectangle?

No it looked somewhat like a really old industrial looking Klingon cruiser really stretched out.

A Klingon Battleship is what im gonna build based (Loosly) on that design. Hey If berman, and braga can rip designs from other ships i suppose i can too  What i really need is a good top down view of the ship. I can "eyeball" the rest. Anybody? anything?

Terradyhne. Where did you grab that scale shot from?? I've been wanting to make this model for about 18 months, and extensively searched for reference material that was of any sort but came across little.

It looks like the ones on that one sci-fi scale site...I have it somewhere in my  links, but you can drag  all the ships around from st, sw, b5, and crap loads of other tv shows and movies too along  with actual aircraft and crap. And I remeber someone making this before...who was it? or did they give up?
