Is there enough intrest for a starfighter mod for sfc3. The Goal for this mod is it name. Small ships only 100 m max on ship scale.
I can contribute these and more if there is enough intrest for this mod. But i am hopeing other poeple

Great models. So the cut off is 100 meters

This means that the defiant will get left out at 120 meters.
It could be the BB of the fightrt mod

Anyway my vote is yes.

Defiant will be included. Same as Raven, and other small frigets.
I also want to note B5, Galactia, and other sifi fighter stuff will be in this mod. Oh and the Borg well they get a 1 or 2 but not many im sick of seeing borg everywhere . You want borg get another mod.

i wish there was a Star Trek Starfight mod, there are plenty of Valks from the ST Invasion Game

Hey, first I'd like to say that your models look great and they really deserve to be put in a mod, and you should make the mod for people who wish to use these starfighters.

However, I will not be dowloading it, this is not because of the mod - I think it looks great so fat. its just that I've always disliked the idea of adapting games in this way, I.e. Skinning a Star Trek game to look like Star Wars. It seems a little tacky to me.

By the way, what is the bottom fighter? I don't recognise it.

Not really a reskin Its a small ship only mod . yes starwars and other non trek sifi models will be put in borg slots. Hell if someone wants their a10 warthog in the mod that cool by me . I myself am makeing a f14 tomcat for the mod if it goes

But mostly its to give fighters , shuttles and smaller ships more game play. And it might allow some higher detailed ships to be in the game where otherwise they wouldnt be seen.

Praxis ill take you up on that offer if all goes as planed. Can you help with the specs? If you have time that would be way cool.

James has put a lot of work into the USS Raven mod, I am glad it meets the cut off.

I don't know how to spec with Excel

I was gonna convert all the models to SFC3 and add UI's and everything, then tell Chris Jones what the specs should be and he'll do the specs. Though if CoreEdit comes out i'd love to use it

I'm working on Sci-fi Bashfest, a ST vs SW mod, and if we get some B5 models for SFC3 we'll make it ST vs SW vs B5, so i got a whole LOAD of Star Wars models. X-wing, E-wing, Y-wing, K-wing, A-wing, B-wing, TIE fighter, TIE bomber, TIE Interceptor, TIE Defender, TIE Scimitar, TIE Raptor, TIE Phantom, and of course the Millenium Falcon. Firehawk disappeared a few months back, even from MSN and email and Taldren

but he lets people use his models as long as they keep the readmes and gives him credit. You'll need to get permission from the rest of the modders, such as WickedZombie and Pneumonic81.
