Hi, I don´t ussually recommend books because It is incorrect to assume that everyone will like the same things than me, but in this case I´ll make an exception.
I´m reading "Emotional Intelligence" by Daniel Goleman and it is really interesting. Not only for personal growth, but also for social development and children education, this books adds a new perspective in the way you deal with your emotions.
So, if you "loose you temper" easilly, or you simlpy have some spare time, give it a try. You might find it very useful.
The book tries to give you a biological, psicological and social explanation to the emotions behaviour and a way to understand them and not letting them take control over you.
