Topic: Stormbringer, you got your carpentry tools? (Read 2101 times)

Got a brand new Stanley hand planer if you want it. I tried it last night on a table (POS table I might add) and I've decided I'll stick to sandpaper and electric sanders if you don't mind. It really takes skill and practice to use a planer, and since your going into carpentry, I read even with all the electronic goodies out there most professionals still carry one or two with them.

I'll be back on first weekend of April as all paperwork from VA has arrived in order, the planer is in box with instructions and all, nice and shiny. All I got to do is mail it to ya, which reminds me, I still got WillWeasel's stuff in trunk of Camry (not due to me, but lazy arse wife). She'll learn to get things done, as after I get home to Texas I'm setting up a new account with only MY name on it and my VA and SSA will go to that account, hehehehehehehe. What's that Leda? You need help with your medical bill payoff? Well, go to the post office and mail some things instead of watching telenovelas or gabbing on the phone with your naca amigas, and I MIGHT think about writing you a check, hahahahahahahahaha!

Some. Power Tools: Quantum Pro circular saw, Black & Decker hammer drill, Quantum Pro orbital Jig saw, Dremel sander.
Electricians gear, Fluke true RMS multimeter, Circuit probes, Polarity checker, wire fish, diagonal cutters, Wire Stripper, Stud finder
Hand tools: Backsaw & miter box, crosscut saw, coping saw, hacksaw, drywall saw, hammer, Screwdrivers; number one, two, three, off set, Star driver set, ball allen set, level, stanley tape measure; 33 feet, Nailset and punch set, open end adjustable wrenches, 6",8",10", metric socket set, standard socket set, Drywall trowels; corner and 6 inch straight, allen set. File; round, flat and bastard, punch set, scribe set.

Still need a riciprocal saw, and routers, workbench, sawhorses, 4 point folding ladder, better sanders a few hand tools. Your planer would likely come in handy, jack.

PM me your addy and it's yours. No need for thanks. I hate seeing good stuff go to waste, and it's always good to help someone out. I'll see if my mom will fork up the workbench (I'll take foto first and e-mail it to you.) It's not the big industrial size, mainly for home use. I have to warn you, my mom married for money most her life, and she HATES to give stuff up, even if it serves her no purpose (my departed stepdad HATED that), and she never gives anything to people that could use it or are in need. So I'll play sneaky when I get back to Austin. Regardless of that, the planer is yours. Just make sure you got a permanent address. I have to go see Sethan in April, so what I might do if I can get my grubby fingers on the workbench is put it in trunk of car and ship from Arlington as it is much closer to OK.

Don't look for me driving in Texas Officer Mats, only a few months to go before I get my license back, hehehehehe, I'm NOT blowing it as they do not bust you for driving without a license anymore and just give you a ticket, now it's a class A misdemeanor, screw that!
