is there supposed to be a picture or something?

Otherwise I have a scan of the original sketches of the D7 from TOS I could probably share.

No no picture as I have not started one yet.And  I got thoes as well. But when you are doing the tos Constition class everyone says, use the Alen Sinclair or the Charles Casimiro drawings for it as thoes are considerd the must have and most acurate drawings of that ship.

So I was just wondering Which drawings do most use and consider the most acurate for the tos and movie D7.

I would say that the matt jefferies D7 from 1967 would be the most accurate....

Actually the Jeffries drawings are a bit off too.  This is something that has been of major discussion on another forum I haunt.  The Polar Lights D7 kit has been released just this last week and there was a major discussion about it being too big.  The interesting part is the kit has some of the nicest drawings I have seen, including color schemes and the Romulan variants have a few differences from the Klingon.

As to the Matt Jeffries drawings, I believe the boom to the front part of the ship is just a tad too short.  I myself am not really aware of any other drawings.

how do the Mike Mc'Master D7 Blueprints match for accuracy? or the external views of the Fasa Blueprints?
does any one know if there are any great differences.
