It may be handy for people to know what servers will be using the beta patch so we can make an informed decision whether to install the beta patch or not.

So, esteemed D3 Server Admins, will you be using the beta patch on your server?

Litterbox is up for testing using the Beta Patch. However it will be a closed server for just a few testers to check settings and some new ships we are using. Hope to have Campaign up and running within 24 to 48 hours if all goes well. Will know more in about 12 hours.

This should also be in (or moved to) the the Dynaverse 3 Experiences forum.

I understand the Activision servers will not use the beta patch.

Now is this good news or is this real good news?

Since some players on B and C are not the finest, they at least can't ruin other people's game when the Acti servers go down again. Hurray! (And all of you that can be counted among the fine players, maybe you should find another server, since most have restarted and you can join in without lagging lightyears behind when it comes to prestige)

Bumping to keep the thread going... And will Server admins change the disrepute rule too? Its kind of unfair to be kicked out of a mission and get penalized for it.. That plain sucks.... Please post which servers will be upgrading to the beta Thanks!

SFCx will be running Assim Lite (new settings, tad more difficult, no VCs though) so people will have a place to play while we in turn get solid test data. The jury is out on Assimilation: Praxis Redux because of various reasons not the least is this IS a beta patch (though a very well tested one) but I have high hopes.

Any future server hosted by SFCx will, however, be on v500 (1.01) + kits because of the SQL support it includes.

This patch is better than I thought! It has automatic Activision Server n00b filtering! Excellent!

TNZ is using 1.01B and I have eliminated the disrepute penalty for lost connections.

'HoS joq batlh' has just had it's private status removed, speed lowered to 8 and disrepute penalty removed - oh, and updated to beta server. Now if only I could get it running on SQL....
