Anyone hear of Phoenix Acoustic Roundback Guitars?

I recently bought a Phoenix roundback off of e-bay, and I have had no luck in finding a link to get some history.

It looks exactly like an early Ovation Balladeer, except for the neck and headstock...plays like an Ovation though (I sneak into guitar stores and doodle a bit).
