Many times I have read of some one on these forums that has needed or wanted a job. If you live in or near rural areas, the postal service is always looking for rural substitute carriers. The starting pay is $15.22 an hour. The hours are long and the work is hard but it might be better than nothing. Some routes have govt. vehicles and in other cases you might have to supply a vehicle with an additional payment for mileage and wear and tear. Some of these jobs Might lead to a full time position some day but I would not count on it. I am not here to make a pitch for the postal service but to give some of you a chance to work. If anybody is interested, PM me for more details or your questions and I will do my best to answer them.
