Like bills getting passed, motons going foward that sort of things.  And yet at other times these things tend to get stalled one way or another.

They're always stalling. If congress is interested in passing something...they do it. Otherwise it's just a bunch of paper shuffling to make it look like they're working.

Average Americans do it all the time...it's called a job.

Notice that is' an election year and then all of the sudden there is a renewed "sense of urgency" to find bin Laden?

bin Laden was a terrorist right?

I think people might even have forgot about him altogether...
