Captain Archer himself involved in possibly canning Berman?

From Trek Web

Could Bakula become some kind of creative guy if the current crop is ousted?

This seems to imply they are willing to try some things before outright cancelling the show and leaving us hanging.

If they'd just give us a good Earth/Romulan War and formation of the Federation arc, that would be enough to satisfy me even if the show doesn't go the full seven seasons.

They need to bring in fresh writing blood.  They are too conservative and predictable in their storytelling and that is the only thing that is wrong with the show.  Glad to see the Captain taking charge and getting things done!

Personally, I'd welcome a move to Friday nights though.  Orlando UPN pre-empts Enterprise quite often to broadcast this boring game with millionares running around bouncing rubber balls and throwing them into hoops.

The real problem with having J'inn involved would be trying to keep the Enterprise from running into an asteroid.

Some of the best TOS episodes were written by sci-fi authors.  I'd like to see more of that...

What UPN needs to do with Enterprise is swap out Porthos and swap in Triumph the Insult Dog.

http://www.triumphtheinsultcomicdog.com/

That dog could do the weather report on the Xindi homeworld and insult them to death.

Then Triumph could insult all the Star Wars fans in another segment that is followed by some T'Pol dancing in some skanky outfit for the "I Keed" video.

Or how about we dump the dogs and bring in the frogs.

*grabs cigar*

Karnak the Insult Frog.

Errr........well, maybe not...

All you have to do is direct the producers to your squirrel adventure then tell them you'll sue the pants off them if they include any of it in a storyline that you haven't written.
