No, I am on dialup. If I had started to download it I would still be doing so.

I also want a chance to actually read the license before I even consider downloading it. ( Posted it but did not have the time or enough sleep to actually read the license).

Unfortunately though I know some programming theory my actual programming skills are close to zero. The theory is often useful for figuring out why a problem occurs and how to avoid or gain advantage from it.
