Thu11s style Lyran JGP: Jagd-Panther Light Cruiser

The Jagd-Panther was an experiment. Instead of hooking up the hulls from a DD and a prepared trimaran middle to create a CW, a CL is used with the same trimaran component. Some additional space is provided for modular configurations within the trimaran hookups.
