Need some help with F&E
« on: February 10, 2004, 09:57:17 pm »
I need a look at the F&E economic rules.

If someone knows where I can get a copy of these, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Khalee

I have the 2000 rulebook at home Bear.

If you PM me your specific question(s) I can probably help you out.

Did you get your questions answered Bear?  I'm at home today (with rulebooks handy), so I can answer any questions.

Not yet, missed 762 when he was online last night. (too busy watching college hoops)

Basicly, i want to know the economic production charts for F&E.

STOC is redesigning our 'Virtual Galaxy' and I want to look at using F&E's EPV system instead of BPV this time around for production purposes.

So anything you can give me to that effect would be great.

OK, here we go!

These are the starting economies for each race at the outset of the General War (Fall Y168):

Fed - 221 points
Klingon - 142 points
Romulan - 113 points
Kzin - 93 points
Gorn - 87 points
Tholian - 22 points
Hydran - 74 points
Lyran - 115 points
ISC - 151 points

Note that according to rule (603.15) 5 of the Romulan provinces in the far east had not been explored at the time of their entry into the GW. If this rule is followed to the letter their economic income should be reduced by 10 for the first turn or two after they enter the war (starting in Spring Y173).
