The Romulan DVoridex class Dreadnought. This is a rather large vessel, about twice as big as a DDeridex. It is the Capital ship of the fleet.

The model is finished for BC, Starforce has to set it up and port it over to SFC.

As you know, all ships for BC2 will be ported over to SFC when completed.

I've liked this design ever since I saw her over at Nightsoft.

There's a BUNCH of concepts that are very deserving of a model.

BTW, as I was reading through the BC forum, a poster named Armondikov mentioned a ship called the "Infinity" as being able to take on a D'Voridex.

Any idea what he's talking about?

I think the infinity makes the excalibur look weak.

The Infinity is the star of the BC2 mod, the most powerful ship in the Starfleet Marine Corps Third Fleet. It is a huge ship that was designed to operate as a battlestation. It is basically a battle carrier.

And yes, it would be a good match for any capital ship.

well yes and no, i got all the mods from the ers of war that was on nightsoft but the original owner have close it and he seem to have leave the startrek world, so i decide to re created a new eras of war to replace the original so the mods will be aivalable to anyone looking for these mods.

Actually, I searched the BCU site just now and found the Infinity design thread.

Wow! The Infinity is MOST impressive.

When she is completed, she MUST be ported over to SFC! She must!

After all, D'Voridex needs a worthy opponent, right?

All of the ships in the mod will be brand new designs......well, most of them......a few are refits, but more than 60 percent of the original design is changed. There are no canon ships in this mod, period.

The angles you see disguise them.

I will put up better angle pics to show off the details and the engines when I get my system back up to 100 percent. A few more days and it will be there.

Every model that is made for BC2 will also be released for SFC.......I have to do that. After all, this is my original home. I am trying to get versions for all 4 games (SFC1, OP, 2 and 3). There are some limitations in 3, so I will have to fudge on the weapons a bit for some of the models.

There are about 15 models in various stages of development, most of them mesh built with no textures. The closest ones to completion are this one, the Saif and the Pveer. The next one up is probably the DDeridex refit, followed by the new Scorpion B.

They are all coming. We are also hoping to get ahold of Korah so we can compensate him for and release the BaQ, DXorac and the Nohquv.

A long way to go? These ships are awesome and as a novice at modeling quite intimidating to me. I was about to post a Gorn I was working on  but after seeing these I might just wait a couple of years. I guess I have about a million miles to go
by comparison.
