Wow, what can I say. I inadvertantly Got two movies tonight, Both featuring english actors, and Ironicly Having some form of French Villiany also.

The First Movie I got, Was Johnny English.

Rowan atkins plays a Secret MI7 agent in this one, with John Malkovich, Portraying the Most Evil person ever to tatoo the Bishop of Canterburries Bum. His French accent is So over the top, That It actually adds to the comedy. (More on accents later) however the film is good natured Fun, Very Little Sexual Enuendo, and just old fashioned Gun/Car violence.

The Second Movie I got, And I think this one rates as the best film I've seen yet this year, Yes my friends, Even Better then ROTK, was Second hand Lions. you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll   because you didn't see It sooner.

Michael Canes Texas Accent is terrific. the French once again Play a role, As "Kid" is told a story about his Uncle HUB, By Cain, about being Shanghaid into the French Foriegn Legion. Once again, Abit of Violence on the part of Robert Duvall, But one of those types of movies that make Okies say, I want to be like them when I grow Up.

whoever wrote this story, Went full ahead "with his Boots on"

I like the French film 'Amelie' and highly recommend it, was not what I was expecting, a very eccentric film.
Betty Blue and Nikita are also excellent french films.

I remember seeing the Trailer for Amelie, and thought It might be pretty good. Nikita was very Good IF It's the film I'm Thinking of.

Yep that's the one though. Fonda's Version was called point of no return though I thought. It's been along time since I watched It.

That being said, It was one of two movies with a Fonda in It I can stomach. the other one was Cat Ballue (sp)

Second Hand Lions was outstanding.  I went with my wife and daughter to it, great film.  And it completely surprised me how good it was.  I only went because it was a film that I could take my whole family to.  Turned out to be one of the best flicks I've seen in a long time.

Johnny English was pretty funny too ... if your into English humour (which I am).
