That's what I'm going from, his "corrected" schematics, which show the details in a better perspective. Only thing I can't find is where to put the torp launchers. Unless, I could make the pod on the bottom of the saucer a dual launcher/sensor pallet. Hmmm, might work...whatcha think?

The torps could either go at the top under the bridge platform(like the SFB NCA) or on the buldge under the saucer, or under the deflector dish

But I would love a variant too man

Nice work Sandman.

I actually like the way he has the neck on this.  It actually "feels" more structurally sound then the original model in my opinoin.  As for Torpedo launcher, I know this really isn't in on the original model, but how about making a small/single torpedo assembly underneath the secondary hull?  The Antimatter pods would be there and it would make sense the laucher assembly would be close by in my opinion.

I thought the neck looked about right...kinda hard to tell from  this . Anyway, I think I'm going to put it at the base of the neck. Try to anyway...it's supposed to have 2 tubes, so might be squrinched (I know, that's not a real word, but it does give a good mental image  ) I'll play with it and show you what I come up with.

Some new pics: finished texturing the top, including the bridge module, and did the deflector. How's she look?

OK, just a quick note. I worked on the saucer bottom today; made the pod a sensor pod rather than a photon launcher like I was thinking. Decided to put the launcher on the base of the neck. We'll see how it works. I'll post pics later tonight.

OK, 7 1/2 hrs of texture work today...I'm pooped! Almost finished, just need to do the pylons and the bottom of the hull in the rear and the nacelle caps. It's going a lot faster since I'm figuring out how to do things in Photoshop that I always had to do in PSP...no more switching back and forth.

I'm going to try...TRY, mind you, to finish it tonight. Tomorrow there will be no meshing/texturing/tweaking etc., since I'll be doing the Superbowl thing.

OK, here's the pics:

OK, I can do that...I like the Sand part, but what is the alphon in reference to?

BTW, sssshhhhhhh, but I think we're the only ones interested in this ship...oh well, they don't know what they're missing.

I know Core, but sometimes we need to give people a little nudge to get them to say anything. I'll be putting the final touches on her and releasing later...hopefully before the Superbowl, cause once that starts there is no work going to be done, lol.
