Really boring I know... I did a retex... Dunno if anyone wants one, but here's a wee tease......... so to speak

I like what youve done, especially the lightmaps.

It would be USS DeForest Kelley, not DeForest Kelley.

Good call on the USS thing... For some reason it didn't seem right.. Dunno why. It's all changable though. Anyway, back to business. I did this about 6 months ago. It's built from a P81 FCL model. I lopped of the rollbar and all the phaser hardpoints bar the upper and lower forward ones.. Kept the MDPC's though cos you need SOME weaponry. Chucked on a door or twelve and there you go. One thing I will say, the original bitmaps are 1024x1024 but the M6 viewer doesn't like big bitmaps so the screengrabs use 512 bitmaps... Anyway, there you go...

I love this top shot of it...

One small suggestion, usually I've seen the Cadamaeus with the Starfleet blue circle behind it.. but I'll be honest and say that I like it better this way.

Just mentioning it for purists sake.

I'll be waiting for this one.. like this idea better than the golf ball idea of the Olympic.

1920 was the year DeForest Kelley was born. Classy ship BTW though I'd have lost the rollbar phasers (MDPCs?) and left it with the forward bottom ones and the top left and right side phasers ala the TOS/SFB ships. Hospital ships really should be pretty defenceless IMO.

Congrats.. you win a mars bar (both of you)... MDPC's are a Mastercom thing (I think). I never did like the whole "Megaphaser" idea so calling them "Multi Directional Phaser Cannon" kinda sounds better... I have done two versions, this one and the same without the cannon but the saucer phaser banks are too near the doors so they went....

I could change the upper doors though... hmmm

One could argue that the megaphaser mounts are actually AMD's.

I love this ship, neat concept. Could you make a "Phase 2" version, which would be a (mostly) retexture. The pennants would be the TOS ones, and so would the lettering. The only real different would be that the hull would be a TOS grey and the engines would be more similar to the Phase 2 Enterprise (which could be faked with an engine retexture, but new ones would be better, as the Phase 2 ones are smoother.)

One more to add to the FASA to SFC collection.

I love the Chandley Class as a HEAVY Cruiser in my corner of the Trek universe. FASA Trek was kind of whacked with its ship class designations. Although I can't think of ANY Trek game that is perfect, at least SFC lets us tailor the game as we see fit. I have a version USS Fife where I added two rear facing torpedo tubes to it as the FASA Trek ship stats indicated.

Please give me a link to these fine retextures.

My only complaint is about the green crosses on the underside of the hull. It looks too much like the WWII German war machine's emblems. Otherwise, it's a very nice job.
