...Picks up SFC3 CD Case...

...blow..blow..blow.. (1/2 inch of dust goes flying..)

Puts SFC3 CD in Computer with new Vid card.. and 768 Meg Ram.
(nVidia G-Force FX 5200 128 Meg AGP)

Fires up the TNG Mega Mod..

..thinks the FedPhaser sound can be much improved..

..opens up Windows Explorer, browses to one of several Bridge Commander installs...

..adapts the Sovereign Phaser sound from the CG Sovereign (BC version) to fit the exact amount of time the Federation Phaser is on the screen during a single phaser shot..

..also puts in a new Photon Torpedo sound adapted from two different files in BC.

I received an e-mail today saying the Photon and Quantum Torps were difficult to get working in the Mega-Mod.

I then decided to fix up the audio and release it right from my assets/sound directory. The zip contains my sounds.txt and SFCSounds.zip. The txt file refers to sounds not included in this download.. because there are many more in the SFCVoices.zip file...

Have fun with this..

I'll zip up all 3 files.. the Sounds, Voices, and txt file and upload them somewhere  for you all as well - just to have a separate download of audio - and just because I can, lol.  


On another topic, I was contacted by Klingon Fanatic about hosting a really big file involving the OP Galaxies At War mod.. I have accepted the assignment..
