Carter plus at least one other, don't recall the details ...


Jagr WAS great.  But that is part of the problem ... past tense ...

Gotta agree with that Green.  He hasn't had a decent season since he left Pittsburgh.

Well of course he's not anymore, otherwise why would the Rangers have gotten him.

All great players the Rangers picked up WELL past their prime.

(You could add Gretzky, but even past his prime he was better than 99% of the league.)

Only Messier seemed to have more than half a tank left by the time they got him.
