Hello to all,

I read the threads above regarding permissions but didn't quite see an answer that I was looking for. I am interested in porting the Reman Scimitar model (SFC III) to play in the Star Trek Armada I game. Since I am new to the modding scene, I would like to know if I need permission from Taldren before I can do this. Now I have seen the Reman Scimitar posted for download for Star Trek Armada II at a few sites but I couldn't find it available for Armada I. I have already made the coversions for Armada I and have made it playable in my personal mods but I thought others might also enjoy have this ship so I am entertaining the idea of making it available as a pulic download.

Do I need permission from Taldren?

If so, how does one secure said persission?

i dont believe you need permission, but do the wonderful guys at taldren a favor and put them down for credits in a readme

Indeed, I had already started drafting the readme file with the approprite credits in it. Just wanted to ensure there wasn't any problems pushing it forward.
