I only caught the last half-hour, but MAN was that battle ever kick-ass! And the disabled Vulcan ship... some truly sweet CG.

hehe, im sure whoever beamed that ship into the future, in all their great wisdom, knew that trip had rigged up a warhead to destroy it mere seconds before it was beamed away, but it would be rather funny if , somwhere in the future, it explodes in their face : )

Same here

Nobody want to tell me what happened in the first half hour?

I saw the first few minutes.  The Suliban arrived, wanted the ship.

I didn't get to watch again until 8:30

I missed contact with the Tholians, and I missed whatever that Bird of Prey thing was.

If you can tell me, thanks

Actually the Tholians had already disarmed it before the future guys took it back.

But, didn't the Tholians disable the warhead.

Did you notice that the Tholian ships looked like Tholian ships? Now there's a change for the better! They didn't decide that they had to come up with something different just for difference's sake

It was a pretty cool episode. Did they ever say that the Tholians were non humanoid in any other series of Star Trek? Just wondering.

Damn, now I wanna see this ep... Wish people would host the DivX versions on Kazaa earier than the damned MPGs...

Or alternately that it was on TV here...

Anyone heard rumours of Enterprise coming out on DVD? I really hope they're not gonna wait till all of voyager is out.

Yes in the TOS episode "The Tholian Web" they show the Tholians, they are crystal lifeforms that thrive in volcanic-like heat. Which leads to the question of how they were planning to board the Enterprise? Environmental suits I would hope.

There's a picture of one on this website from the episode

Thanks for the info. It would have been neat to see them. And you had a good question there. How were they going to board Enterprise? Maybe they didn't think that far ahead since they never planned on showing them.
