Is that fear I smell Billy Bob??!?

I just read this at The Register, it's a good article and IMHO show that Linux is a competitor in the computer world.  Sad that gaming companies are not using this platform, I think that is all that is needed to make Linux take off.  But what this really shows is that WinXP DRM hassles, and expensive price is not worth it.  This should make the year 2006 very interesting, will Long Horn be able to compete then?  Time will tell.
