Well its a new year and for the last hour and a half

I have been listening to police and ambulance sirens going off, pretty sad. cant people have a party without drinking and or fighting. I supose there are other reasons for the sirens, but there is a bar about a block and half from me that don't seem to be able to close down unless they have help from the cops.  Why must people get drunk and act like fools to have a good time?.

I know what you mean Khalee.

I had Got up yesterday Morning around 4 AM to transport My family across the state and back again For Private Business, so By the time I got home I was exhausted. Around 6 hours in a car with two Chain Smokers Visiting More relatives who Chain Smoke... Grr...

we get there, One of my aunts who Chain Smokes, and is on Oxygen Decided to sit beside me to catch up on old things. I'm wondering How Long It will take before she just blows everyone up. There's a point I'm Getting to I promise...

anyway I get home, answer a few PMs, Talk to the other mods about some possible trouble areas and Then I go to Bed.

Mind you this is at around 8:30 in the Evening. I am Barely asleep when I hear the Phone ring. I get up rush to the living room, the rest of the Family Is already in bed themselves, and get that Ever so Loved phone Call that every Parent hates to hear. "Hello, Is Christina there?" I respond through Smoke Feeled red Blury eye's, "Yes she Is, But she's in bed"

I come back to my room, muttering curses to myself about the Company that my sister keeps, And Glare at My computer screen... 9:15 PM.

I go to bed, read a few Chapters of Red Rabbit By Tom Clancy, untill my eyes get to the point where they are just about to drop onto the pages, Turn the light off, and I'm out.

Explosions Rattle my Home, My Dogs are going Crazy, and I hear What sounds like anti-Aircraft Fire in the distance. I imeediatly hit the Floor, Hoping all the lights in the house are off, when I peer out of the window Cautiously, Once Again Muttering to myself, The Terrorist's have Attacked OKC again, where under attack.

Low and Behold as my Smoke Burned , Rolling around on pages, bleary eyes, adjust, I see The City Fireworks show going off in the near Distance. I calmed my dogs down, and watched the show fo about 15 minutes. It finally was starting to die down, so I rolled over to go back to bed, Recalling to myself, It's new years, Gotta Post something tomorrow for everyone.

Then every Siren in the City had to go off, to celebrate the coming year. + More Fireworks in the distance. At this point I let out a barely audible Groan, and Yanked the Covers over my head.
