Will take a huge interest in the campaign at the beginning, but half way I take a look at the multiplayer and never go back..happens every time, hence my vote for b (I think)

Campaigns & multi player. I use the campaign to train up then go to multiplayer to get a real challenge.

When you buy a game other than an RPG does the inlcusion of a campaign (single player) rate high on your expections?

Campaign in single player
No campaign? What are you, crazy?
I might play it once or twice, but multiplayer is the feature I want!
I'd rather have a good story line than a campaign
Campaigns? Is there any thing else?
I can't believe I'm answering another poll!

Thanks everyone for answering.

Best,
Jerry

I voted for story. No matter how pretty the game is, if it bores me, it won't stay on my HD for long.

You left out a voting option, both a good story line and good campaigns. With both a game will usually have excellent replayability.

The great worth in RPGs is the ability to tell a story.  NWN has that feature with tools that allow for distinct styles in storytelling.  A work of genius I might add.

Here here. As far as other Games, yes a SP game is Good, Esp. For those with Poor Connections, But multiPlayer should also be there.

Hehe, remember when MultiPlayer was an after thought for most Games?

Campaigns are a must in my book, as I'm a fan of SFC and WW2 naval sims.

Single player campaign is a good lead-in to a mulitplayer system.  What is lacking in muitiplayer is any story-driven elements.  Most multiplayer action seems to be simple missions that allow people to interact (variant of capture the flag), the D2 is such an example in some respects.
