Can someone please tell me how to work the Taldren Map Editor for SFC 3.

Id like to know how to get it to work with out sucking my system resources down to zero after a few seconds.

  Get a new computer with infinite resources...

  Actually, the map program seems to only work proper under W2k, or XP. Other OSs like 98 have glitches that prevented me from using the map program with them.

  Making custom maps is time consuming, but you can make some great maps. I've spent countless hours on maps for the old NZ-OP.

  What part of it are you stuck on and need help with?

im running 98 SE, and cant even see what the hexes look like(what the values do, how to arrange them, etc), when it loads it starts off in the upper left corner, which on all the maps that came with the game is nuetral territory.  I can scroll until i get to the point where i can see Borg or Klingon Space, but thats as far as i can get before memory goes to nil.

The map editor has always puzzled me... what in the world does it need to do that would take up so many CPU cycles and so much RAM?
