Ecellente, I really like your take on the old SFB CVA, which though original looked rather ugly kind of like a squashed queen bee or something, this looks nice and bulky. One thing I don't get - are those large extensions on either side of the neck the impulse engines? I hope so as almost every big ship I see has these wimpy little engines in the middle of the saucer that look like they belong on a ship half the size.

Oh, not to pester you but I'm gonnna have to pester you - what about that detailed connie with phasers, engine glows and an aztec? Will we finally be able to get that soon?

Yes, the impulse engines will be at the top, clearing the hanger bays.

Oh yea, just wait to see the pegasus tonite. I worked on my weathering techniques and she turned out great, so I wilo be applying what I learned to the sfb connie...

Wow! ... she is really... fabulous. Ya, the hanger bays just rock. It kills me that my model base is TMP. And I can't bear the thought of doing an SFB version... yet. Oh well.

Yessir - looselybased on the SFB CVA minature. The hangers were my idea, mainly based on shuttle sizes that i had scaled into max mapped onto 2d planes, I even sized a 6 foot man silluette to get the sizes just right. Ill post that pic later.

Thanks to all for the compliments and comments. I had actually started this about the same time as Anduril started his carrier, and this is a two week old rendering.

I had some unmapped objects in the pegasus in-game, so it looks like tonite instead for it's release-sorry.

Details details...

So... is this your double secret collaborating model maker? If so, are you two discussing possible future projects? I think that would make for some great stuff to play with. You two are certainly making some of the most fun TOS Feds starships being made. (no I don't like coming across like a brown noser but credit given where credit is due) Anyway... that would make for some really great versions of some our favorite starships. If not then all is still good.

Peace on earth but no good will for Romulans.

Heres that pic of the relative shuttle sizes, made before seeing some matt jeffries concept art of the "Jeffries shuttle" (Tadpole) the three view of it is scaled too large, Anduril's model of the shuttle is smaller and very close to the matt jeffries sketches.

See the little guys? They're TinyFeds©....

They look like tiny Elvis to me... Maybe this is a much smaller carrier then your letting on. A carrier of tiny Elvi. ( Is that plural for Elvis?) Tiny photon wielding Elvi.

But very cool none-the-less.

I really hope you (or someone) takes a shot at building the aqua ahuttle.  I think it would make a pretty cool TOS fighter.

Has the Pegasus been released?  I've been through the site in your sig and can't find it.

Great work!

Fantastic work! I like the fact that the secondary hull is more than just a box with Warp nacelles.

Anyway, are you (either with Anduril or lone) going to model those shuttles, because they'd make the best fighters.
