I've been contacted by Queball, he is seeking permission to use a Kazon preadator by you and watcher for use in Bridge Commander. Apparentrly there was either no e-mail or old e-mail in the readme and he wasn't able to find you.

remeber, sfc3 files odes free hosting, so there's an option. I had asked the mian admins of filesnetwork about setting up a files site for SFC2/op ect to help fix the hosting problem around here and they said mods for all sfc versions can be put on SFC3 files so you guys just gotta ask Cjones or whoever runs it.
