Several symphonies play ST music, since it is technically a classical score. They also throw in SW. I remember going to the hollywood bowl a couple years back and they played the opening score to ST-TNG to a laser light show

The community orchestra that I play with has  performed LOTR, ST and SW at various concerts. You just need to find the right group to go and see.

Poledouris seems so choppy when taken out of the context of the movie. I can't remember Conan but I'm thinking of Hunt for Red October and Robocop.

I think at least some of it is someone else. The orgy scene in the tower temple of Set is Wagner (I think.)

At my title, just noticed I wrote "see" when music involves a bit more of listening

There is no greater musical experience than hearing a symphony perform the theme from The Day The Earth Stood Still.
