BTW, Merry Christmas, Here is a broken window
« on: December 14, 2003, 02:39:29 pm »
Forgot to mention some a--f--ker decided to break my driverside window two days ago. I had my window open in my room and I did not hear it break ( Heavy sleeper ) but the guy nextdoor heard it but didnt see anything. Anyways, I must be thankful to that joto who decided to give me a extra $145 bill right before christmas and while I still dont have work and am struggling to get the rent together.

So here is my message of thanks to that prick.

To whoever broke my window.

Thanks, Thanks so very much. Thank you for breaking my window and then not even attempting to steal anything from my car. You little rat f--ker, you did not even try to unlock my door. You just found it funny to rob me of nearly $150 that could have been better spent doing things like EATTING or maybe getting my tags and registering my freaking car. Hell, maybe my cats need litter or food. That money could have gone into GAS to job hunt but no... you decided for me that it should go into a new window, this one is cleaner then the other one i HAD. You know, Mr Jacka-- it would have been cheaper just to place a note on the window telling me to wash it, along with the rest of the car. I know I have put off on washing my car every week, I do live in a apt and dont have easy access to a hose. But now that I have a cleaner window, that whistles because the stupid illegal put it in wrong which requires me to spend more time to get it fixed and waste more gas driving down to get it fixed, both opf which could have been spent doing what? Maybe job hunting... or hunting your arse down.

merry christmas f--ker, Ill watching for you.

EE, do you have basic tools? If not do any of your neighbors? Go to the auto parts store, buy a Haynes manual for your vehicle, and read and look at the photos on replacing your window, and then call some glass places. You used to kick major ass on SFC, I know you can kick ass on the job at hand. I had my truck broken into years ago, stupid me left a detachable face stereo intact, and I paid the price for it because some crackhead wanted some extra bucks. I fixed the window on my own at school, and you would be surprised at how easy it is. Just go into tearing apart panelling with confidence, it's all nuts and bolts and common sense from there my friend...

I have a Haynes book for my car. My problem is the apt's I live at wont allow you to work on your car in their parking lot. All it takes is for me to go back over to the place and have them adjust the window some. I planned on bringing the book with me this time, something I forgot the first time.

As for stealing stuff. I had nothing on value in the car, except for the amp and box in the trunk/hatch area. I may try to work on it tomorrow and do it myself but I dont want to screw crap up. It took me 2 weeks to do my timing belt change lol

Timing belts are NOT windows, do not feel bad amigo, it took me a week for a Plymouth Voyager T/B while I was in auto tech school. Find a friend or relative that has a driveway and get to work, my estimate is for a first time entry 4 hrs or less. Save your money and do it yourself...

The window has already been replaced and It wont cost me anything more then gas to have them do the work. Problem is it is currently raining and no one I know has anyplace covered so I can work. I will just drive down to the window shop and have them fix it for me. I am not in the mood to F with the car.

As for the timing belt. I never had to do anything so complex before. The most I had done before that was change a radiator and did a starter. It was a big leap for me, noting if I had messed up then I would have likley killed my entire engine. But it cost me $80 and 2 weeks instead of $600+ and a few days time. but that wouls have been over 2 weeks pay.
