Oh, I've been to Wales once.  Lovely countryside, but their road signs are all messed up...I'de love to take another trip there though.

Heya folks,

Well, my school semester is done here at MUN with things going well overall.  Tonight I'm headed to England for the Christmas holidays (three weeks), and as I probably won't have much time to post while there I thought I'de give you my seasons greetings now.  So, to all my fellow Taldrenites, Happy Holidays and Happy New Year!!

I'm really excited about this trip, not only because I will see my sister, but also because this will be the first time I will see my two nephews.  Really can't wait to get over there and see the little twins.  The only down side is that my brother-in-law is in Iraq over the holidays, and as such will miss the kids first Christmas.  Ah well, can't have everything perfect.

Once again, Happy Holidays to all of my friends here!

TheBigCheese,

I'll be staying in Benson (an RAF airforce base), which is just south of Oxford.  First time I've been in the Oxford area, though not my first trip to the UK (lived in Swindon for a summer, and have visited Inverness, Aberdeen, Norwich, and Cambridge).

I just set up a Live Journal, which I will try to update while I'm there.  http://www.livejournal.com/users/oldmanken/
