OK now I know I am a PC dummy lol .... I just d/l'ed the dxwebsetup file from the microsoft website.... i'm guessing this is not the file you are refering to...... and if not then what should the file name be and If I understand right it should be in the root sfc3 directory? god i mis the days of the plain jane Basic pc language..... all those ifs' and then's and run if = this ... lol

Once you have this little .exe, undo it in your SFC3 folder.

Any further assistance will require me to do a manual takeover of your machine!

well WT you could take over his PC with remote desktop assitance but that woudl require him how to get that set up LOL.  (Trust me it is more complex to explain that WT steps)
