Hello all--

I know that this is perilously late in mentioning, as the first game is actually starting as I type this, but Steve Perrin (author of RuneQuest), who wrote the Black9 Pen and Paper RPG, is running two campaigns this weekend at GenCon SoCal. You can search for his games on the www.gencon.com website by going to SoCal, then doing an event search for Friday and Saturday with black9 listed as the game system in the RPG category.

As I mentioned, it's too late to get to tonight's (I think) since it starts at 7pm, but there's another game running at 4pm tomorrow if anyone's in the area. GenCon SoCal is at the Anaheim Convention Center, the cost of this event is $4.50 (and there's also a fee to get into the convention, but it's less than $20), and the location is room 209B : 2.

Apologies again for the late announcement, but this was something of a side venture that we were supporting Mr. Perrin in but not directly involved with ourselves. If you'd like a copy of the RPG rules, drop me a PM and I'll arrange it, or you can get a copy from someone on the forums who has it.

This is crossposted to the OT and B9 forums.

My guess is that you had the most recent one up until... yesterday. After Steve Perrin ran the games at GenCon SoCal, he made some adjustments to the rulebook and there is now a newer version. Right now we're working on getting it put up on the website, but that's Ann's deal, and lately she's been a bit -- distracted -- by certain events going on on the forums.
