(old) Tech Help Needed

I found my old Bally Astrocade and hooked it up to the TV and....

nothing

Well, a little more than nothing.  Instead of dark static, the TV displays light static when the astrocade is powered up.  When I put my ear down to it there's humming so I know its getting power, but I want it to work!!!  Any help is appreciated!

Hmm, It's been along time since I worked on one of those. First Off  I believe there is a fuse in the Power supply, But I'm Just going by memory here.

Also, You might want to lift the cover off, and make sure the wiring Connections to the Video are still good.

Let me do some looking around, and see what I can find out for ya.

I've got it open right now and I see a metal box and a large metal plate covering the vitals which is sottered and metal-taped down.  It was also quite dusty in there and I clened most of it out.  Gonna power it up to see if there were any changes.

EDIT: grrr. nothin.  Hopefully you can help me
